Mark and Shayla get a new boat and away they go off Maui, Hawaii to sound conch shell for whalesong. Serious whales. They warn to not try this video on your own. Whales are very large, intelligent creatures who come to Maui in the winter to spawn. They do not eat while in Maui but go back to Alaska in the summer to eat. The Kalalau Challenge is one of the world’s most extreme sporting events set in one of the most amazing places in the world--the breathtaking Na Pali coast on Kauai, Hawaii. Brave athletes swim 6.5 miles in the open ocean along 3000 ft. high cliffs to the sacred Valley of Kalalau. The contestants then run the treacherous 11.3 mile trail back to Ke’e beach. Na Pali is host ot many famous films such the famous Jurassic Park.
